About Me
Supporting Children, Strengthening Families, Building Healthier Communities
I believe every child deserves the opportunity to feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
My work is dedicated to helping children, tweens, teens, and families navigate life's challenges with greater understanding, confidence, and connection. Through counseling, consultation, training, and community partnerships, I strive to create supportive environments where young people can develop the skills and resilience needed to grow into healthy, capable adults.
As the Clinical Director of Teen, Tween & Child Counseling & Consulting, PLLC, I bring more than 20 years of experience working with children, families, schools, and community organizations, including over a decade of clinical experience supporting youth facing emotional, behavioral, developmental, and family-related concerns.
Throughout my career, I have worked across home, school, and community settings, which has given me a unique perspective on the challenges children and families face.
My Approach
Children, tweens, and teens are often communicating something important through their behavior, emotions, relationships, or struggles at school.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or labels, I believe in understanding the whole child, their strengths, experiences, relationships, and environment.
My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and strengths-focused. I work collaboratively with children, parents, schools, and other support systems to create practical strategies that promote emotional wellness, healthy development, and long-term success.
