An Alternative Approach
Our practice is both unique and dedicated to providing specialized, evidence-based interventions tailored to address behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges.
We created the A.P.A. Model of Awareness, Prevention, and Access to mental health services. Our services include group therapy and school-based consultations for private, public, and alternative schools throughout the Raleigh-Durham area and across North Carolina, equipping children and teens with the tools to navigate anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and family dynamics.

In addition to direct counseling services, we provide professional training for educators, church leaders, and mental health professionals on topics such as crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and North Carolina child protection laws.
At Teen, Tween, and Child Counseling & Consulting, our mission is to empower youth and families through strategic and clinically sound mental health support.
