Tween Counseling Services
Supporting Tweens Through Growth, Change & Discovery
The tween years are a time of rapid growth, increasing independence, and significant change. As youth begin transitioning from childhood into adolescence, they often face new social pressures, changing friendships, academic expectations, questions about identity, and growing responsibilities.
While many tweens appear capable on the outside, they may be quietly struggling with self-confidence, peer relationships, emotional ups and downs, or feeling caught between wanting independence and still needing support.
We provide counseling services that help tweens better understand themselves, navigate challenges, strengthen decision-making skills, and build resilience during this important stage of development. We create supportive opportunities for tweens to develop confidence, healthy boundaries, emotional awareness, and the skills needed to successfully manage the transitions that come with growing up. Through collaborative partnerships with families, we help tweens feel empowered, connected, and prepared for the journey into adolescence.
Our role is to empower tweens to build lasting confidence, strengthen their sense of self, and navigate challenges with resilience to make healthy decisions, form meaningful relationships, and transition into adolescence feeling strong, capable, and confident.
