Assessment: $220
Individual Counseling Session: $150
Group Counseling Program: $350
Intensive Services: $450

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care services will cost.

The federal No Surprises Act went into effect on January 1, 2022, and provides protection against unexpected medical or mental health bills.

Teen, Tween, and Child Counseling & Consulting, PLLC provides notice consistent with the No Surprises Act to all self-pay clients, including clients who are not using insurance or who have insurance plans that are out-of-network with our practice.

Before services begin, self-pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs for counseling, assessments, group services, intensive services, consultation, training, or other mental health services. This estimate is based on the information known at the time services are scheduled.

Please note that the Good Faith Estimate is only an estimate. Actual services or charges may differ depending on the length of treatment, additional sessions, assessments, consultations, intensive services, or other clinical needs that arise during the course of care.

Under the No Surprises Act, if you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges. Any dispute must be submitted within 120 days of receiving the bill.
